Ed and Mo opened their doors in 1978 with a simple conviction: people in Myrtle Creek deserved a place where the food was honest and the coffee was always hot. Thirty-plus years later, that's still the operating philosophy.

We don't do fusion. We don't do deconstructed. We do eggs cooked the way you like them, burgers that actually taste like beef, and pie that's made every morning before the sun comes up. If it doesn't belong on a diner menu, it's not on ours.

The recipes haven't changed much. The regulars have. And that's exactly how we like it.
